Information you provide
When you request an offer, contact us, use chat or call, we may receive your name, phone number, email, property address, property details and the messages or documents you choose to share. Please do not put Social Security numbers, bank account details, passwords or other sensitive documents in website forms or chat.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to respond, discuss your property and timing, evaluate a potential transaction, coordinate requested follow-up and keep business records. Submitting an inquiry does not obligate you to sell and is not consent to receive marketing text messages. Tell us if you no longer want follow-up.
Website, forms, chat and calls
The website is hosted by WordPress.com and uses Jetpack forms and site statistics, Akismet spam protection and tawk.to chat. These providers may process information needed to deliver their services, such as messages, browser and device information, IP addresses, cookies and usage data, under their own policies. Form notifications also pass through our email providers. Calls provide the phone number and information you share; this policy does not represent that all calls are recorded. We will provide any required notice if recording is used.
We use basic site-usage information to understand visits and improve the website. Browser settings can restrict cookies, though some functions may not work as expected. Links to other websites are governed by those sites’ policies. See Automattic’s privacy policy and tawk.to’s privacy policy.
Local conversion measurement
We use CCD Traffic Sources to understand which pages and traffic sources lead to contact-link clicks and form interactions. It uses first-party attribution cookies and stores event and campaign information in our WordPress database. This conversion tracker is designed not to collect the name, email, phone number or message typed in a form; the inquiry form itself still collects the details you submit. Its optional Google Analytics sending is not enabled by default. A phone-link click does not tell us whether a call connected, and a generic form event is not proof of successful delivery. You can restrict cookies in your browser.
Sharing and protection
Information may be available to service providers that operate the website, communications and business systems. If a transaction moves forward, relevant details may also need to be shared with title or settlement professionals, legal advisers or transaction participants as appropriate. We may disclose information when required by law. Ask us how your information will be used before sharing documents. No website, email or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and retention
You can ask to access, correct or delete information you supplied, or ask us to stop follow-up, by emailing andrew@arbcashhomes.com. We may need to verify the request and retain records for transaction, legal, security or recordkeeping reasons. We keep information as needed for the inquiry and these business purposes, not according to a promised fixed deletion period. Rights available to you may depend on applicable law.
